Since 2000, DY8 Hair & Co, founded by Wendy, has focused on creating a welcoming salon where clients feel cared for and leave looking their best. We prioritize genuine warmth, honest advice, and tailored hair solutions while ensuring every client feels at home. Education is central to our values as a L'Oréal Professionnel salon, allowing us to offer the latest innovations and exciting opportunities in the industry. Proudly family-run, we cherish lasting relationships with clients and promise exceptional hairdressing combined with genuine care.

WENDY | FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
With over 40 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Wendy founded the salon in 2000 with a vision to create a welcoming space where exceptional hairdressing and genuine client care go hand in hand.
Known for her warm, friendly approach, Wendy has built lasting relationships with clients, many of whom have been with her since the very beginning. While she has taken a step back from leading the business, she continues to do what she loves most – helping clients look and feel their best.
Specialising in precision cutting and short hair, Wendy combines decades of experience with a personalised approach, creating styles that are timeless, wearable and tailored to each client.
Her passion for hairdressing and dedication to exceptional client care remain at the heart of DY8 Hair & Co.
ISABELLE | CO-OWNER & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
With almost 18 years of experience, Isabelle is passionate about creating beautiful, bespoke hair while ensuring every client enjoys a relaxed and personalised experience.
As Co-Owner and Artistic Director of DY8 Hair & Co, she specialises in bespoke colour, dimensional blondes, balayage and modern grey blending, creating looks that are tailored to each client's individual style and lifestyle.
Passionate about education, Isabelle works closely with L'Oréal Professionnel and is proud to be involved in industry education, editorial shoots, fashion shows and competitions. She believes learning never stops and loves bringing fresh ideas, techniques and inspiration back to both her team and clients.
As a leader and mentor, Isabelle is passionate about helping her team grow in confidence and develop their skills, creating a positive, creative salon where everyone feels supported.
Above all, she loves building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them leave the salon feeling confident, relaxed and the very best version of themselves.
JO | SENIOR STYLIST
With over 35 years of experience and 20 years at DY8 Hair & Co, Jo is a highly experienced stylist with a loyal client following and a genuine passion for hairdressing.
Specialising in precision cutting, classic styles and beautifully tailored bobs, Jo loves creating hair that's both timeless and easy to wear. She takes the time to understand each client's individual style, ensuring every cut feels effortless and perfectly suited to them.
With decades of experience and an eye for detail, Jo has built lasting relationships with clients who return time and time again. Her passion for creating beautiful hair and delivering exceptional client care has made her a valued member of the DY8 Hair & Co team for over 20 years.
AMIE | SENIOR STYLIST
With over 25 years of experience, Amie is passionate about creating beautiful, personalised hair while helping every client feel confident in their natural texture and individual style.
Specialising in curly and coily hair, creative cutting and bespoke colour, Amie loves working with all hair types and textures. Whether she's enhancing natural curls, creating a bold transformation or crafting a beautifully tailored cut, her approach is always centred around the individual.
Amie believes every hair texture should be celebrated, giving her clients the confidence, knowledge and support to embrace and care for their hair every day.
Passionate about continual education and creativity, Amie enjoys taking part in industry events and competitions, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration back to the salon. Her expertise, creativity and dedication to exceptional client care make her a valued member of the DY8 Hair & Co team.
LORRAINE | SALON COORDINATOR
Since joining DY8 Hair & Co in 2019, Lorraine has become an invaluable part of the team and is often the first friendly face to welcome you into the salon.
Passionate about hairdressing and creating an exceptional client experience, Lorraine goes above and beyond to ensure every visit feels relaxed, enjoyable and personal. From looking after clients throughout their appointment to keeping the salon running seamlessly behind the scenes, she plays a key role in everything we do.
Renowned for her incredible shampoos and relaxing head massages, Lorraine believes that every detail matters. Her caring approach, attention to detail and genuine passion for making clients feel special help create the warm, welcoming experience that DY8 Hair & Co is known for.
CHARLOTTE | JUNIOR STYLIST
Charlotte's journey with DY8 Hair & Co began as a Saturday assistant before starting her apprenticeship in October 2025. Since then, she has gone from strength to strength, developing her skills alongside our experienced team and embracing every opportunity to learn.
Passionate about colour, styling and creating beautiful hair, Charlotte is particularly known for her gorgeous blow dries, leaving clients feeling polished, confident and ready for any occasion. She is dedicated to continually developing her skills and loves learning the latest techniques to deliver the very best experience for every client.
In 2026, Charlotte was proud to win the L'Oréal Colour Trophy Star Award, recognising her creativity, passion and talent early in her career. We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved so far and are so excited to watch her continue to grow into the amazing stylist we know she's becoming.
OLIVIA | STYLIST
Olivia joined DY8 Hair & Co with a passion for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair and a genuine love for making every client feel relaxed and cared for.
She has a particular passion for creating beautiful blondes and seamless balayage, alongside bespoke colour, cutting and styling. Taking the time to understand each client's individual style and lifestyle, Olivia loves creating personalised looks that are effortless, wearable and tailored to every client.
Passionate about continual education, Olivia is always developing her skills and embracing the latest techniques. She is excited to continue growing within the industry and hopes to become involved in competitions, editorial shoots and fashion shows as she develops her career.
Her enthusiasm, creativity and caring approach make her a wonderful addition to the DY8 Hair & Co team, and we're excited to watch her continue to grow with us.
MOLLY | COLOUR TECHNICIAN
Molly is a talented Colour Technician with a passion for creating beautiful blondes, lived-in colour, seamless balayage and effortless beachy waves.
She loves creating bespoke colour that's tailored to each client's individual style and lifestyle, whether it's a subtle refresh or a complete transformation. Taking the time to understand every client's vision, Molly is dedicated to helping them feel confident and leave the salon loving their hair.
Passionate about continual education, Molly enjoys developing her skills and keeping up to date with the latest colour techniques and trends. Her warm, caring approach and attention to detail create a relaxed, enjoyable experience, making her a valued member of the DY8 Hair & Co team
ZOE | ADVANCED STYLIST
With over 15 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Zoe brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for looking after her clients. Before joining Dy8 Hair & Co, she co-owned her own salon and has also worked as a freelance stylist, giving her a broad range of experience and a real understanding of exceptional client care.
Zoe enjoys creating beautiful blondes, rich brunettes and fresh, wearable cuts, always taking the time to listen and tailor every appointment to each client's individual style and needs. Her warm, bubbly personality and caring approach mean clients instantly feel at ease in her chair.

HOLLY | SALON ASSISTANT
Holly is a valued member of the DY8 Hair & Co team and plays an important role in creating the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.
Supporting both our stylists and clients throughout the day, Holly helps ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. From preparing for appointments to looking after clients during their visit, she's always one step ahead and is brilliant at keeping the team organised.
Passionate about hairdressing and eager to continue learning, Holly enjoys developing her skills while working alongside our experienced team. Her positive attitude, caring nature and willingness to help make her an important part of the DY8 Hair & Co family.
